1. Services Offered
We provide a variety of residential and commercial outdoor services, including:
Tree Topping & Maintenance
Hedge Cutting
Landscaping
Pressure Washing & Steam Cleaning
Land Clearing
Driveways, Constructions, Patios, and Tarmac Drives
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, site conditions, and weather.
2. Quotations & Estimates
All quotations are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or enquiry.
Additional charges may apply if unforeseen complications arise (e.g. hidden damage, access issues, or changes in scope).
3. Bookings & Cancellations
A booking is considered confirmed upon mutual agreement of a service date and time.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit card (if available).
Invoices not paid within the agreed time may incur late payment fees and recovery charges.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete access to the property and work areas.
Ensure that pets, children, and other occupants stay clear of the work zone for safety.
Notify us of any known hazards, utility lines, or restrictions.
6. Health & Safety
We follow all relevant health and safety regulations. However, we reserve the right to postpone or stop work if:
Conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g. severe weather, unstable structures)
We discover hazards not previously disclosed
7. Liability & Damages
We are insured for public liability.
We take reasonable care while performing our services but will not be liable for pre-existing damage or indirect/consequential loss.
Any accidental damage caused by our team will be assessed and rectified where appropriate.
8. Guarantees & Limitations
Some services (e.g. paving or tarmac drives) may come with limited warranties, which will be clearly specified in writing.
Natural elements like weathering, plant growth, and soil movement are outside our control and are not covered under any guarantee.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
There is a breach of these Terms
Abusive or unsafe behavior is directed at our team
Work becomes unsafe or unreasonable to perform
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website or in our marketing materials—including logos, images, and written content—is the property of All Growth Garden & Tree Care and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
